Saturday 08-Dec-2018, 2:45AM / 1592

Poet: Aboo Sahl Al Atharee

          WATER
The water is naturally clean
If nothing changes its nature;
Neither in taste nor odour nor colour
Based on the weak narration of Aboo Umaamah
Supported by ijmaa' al ummah

         TERMS
Wadû is the water; unused or remnant
Wudoo is the action, the key to salaah
Invalid, except with a clean water,
Niyyah and perfect following of Al Mustafaa.

BismiLlahi is under ikhtiyaar
Based on the action of Uthmaan bn 'Affaan
Witnessed and undisputed by his mates
As was reported in sahihayn
Backed up with the narration of Rifaa'
As reported by Aboo Daawood and Ibn Sawrah.

   ABLUTION
Washing of the palms thrice
After waking UP, in the morning or the night
Considering the narration of 'AAISHAH, Abû Hurairah and Ibn 'Umar
Reported by Ashaab As-Sittah
Neglecting "the night" restriction
As opined by AHMAD, Daawuud and writer of Tamheed
And go with madhhab of al jumhûr
Maalik,Shaafi',even Ahmad

Know! May your face be lightened
The prohibition ain't for worship as mentioned in Al-'Uddah
Rather, its reason is ma'luum (known)
As glaringly found in the nass of the hadeeth
Opined by Ash-Shaafi' and Maalik
Likewise al-Etiyiobee and As Sa'adee in At-Ta'leeq
So praise The Lord The Khaaliq

ABLUTION continues...
Washing of hands is sunnah
If the ablution is vitiated by hadath
On this: there was never a khilaaf
Any doubt; ask an-Nawawee in al-Majmuu'

[MOUTH AND NOSE]
Sniffing of the mouth and nose is waajib
The aayah [Q5:6] shouldn't be an haajib
Because of the principle of fiqh
Which explicates the af'aal of our Habeeb,
Includes in his waadhib
Likewise his command
Reported by Abu Hurayrah in saheehayn
And Al-Laqeet in Sunan Abee Daawuud and at-Tirmidhee

Just turn your deaf hear to the acclaimed 'illah
Which was refuted in at-Talkhees by Ibn Hajar
Then uphold the opinion of Ishaaq and Ahmad
Braced by Ash-Shawkaanee and his Sideeq [Hasan Khaan]
Likewise al Albaanee in his Ta'leeq

NOTES
____________
Line 8:The principle of fiqh referred to is;
ما فعل النبي إمتثالا لأمر الله فحكمه حكم ذلك الأمر
Whatever done by the Prophet to follow Allah's command,it takes the ruling of the command[order].
اذا كانت فعل بيان الواجت كانت واجبت
[If the action of the prophet basically explains the obligation [in the Qur'aan],it [the action]takes the ruling of an obligation].

Line 9;Waadhibah[واظبة]: It means what the Prophet did persistently. There is no report that say,he abandoned it,even once.

Line 10: the narration is:
If anyone of you performs ablution he should put water in his nose and then blow it out

Line11; The narration is;
"If you perform ablution, then rinse your mouth, [Authenticated by Ash Shawkaanee,Sideeq Hasan Khaan, Al Albaanee and Al Etiyiobee]
