Should We Sing for Our Teachers Too?

Assalaam alaykum wa rahmatullaah wa baarakatuh

Dear Sunnah Brethren,

You are aware of the ongoing debacle between the people of Sunnah and the people of Bid'ah in Yoruba land and its resultant effects on the bloc of sufiyyah and khurafaat.

The Sufi guys are not taking the matter easy as you might think. They are making all efforts to repel the threat to their source of livelihood. Thus they have heightened their character assassination of some teachers of Sunnah in the forefront of refutation of lies and misguidance of the people at Mar'kaz Agege which is the bedrock of heresies and misguidance in Yoruba land.

Be informed that they are pained and ready to do anything to safeguard their thoughts. Some of them are ready to engage in a physical combat with the people of Sunnah. I heard one of them saying last night that he is already training in boxing!

So amusing, you will say. Indeed it is amusing. We want to ask what happen to their 'nanqalis' and other fetish they used to boast of such that they can not harm any of the teachers of Sunnah till date. Their invincibility and 'spiritual' prowess are being crumbled before their audience day by day. Their victims among the people can now see that they are empty people.

Also in their sham defence, some of them entered the studio and brought out a track praising the demagogue at Agege.

We did say it in the past that it is the way of the Sufis to sing for their 'Sheus' in problem or otherwise. We said it then when some of our brothers 'here' were exhibiting the same trait. Our brothers unfortunately thought we were ignorant. The 'head' even saffaha us. The tasfeeh was spread across then but we took it cool because the message had been passed and unwittingly accepted by the target audience so there was no need beating the dead horse us again.

But brethren, now that the Sufis are singing for their demagogues, should we also hit the studio and come out with a 'Sunnah' track for our teachers?

No, please.

You can write individual poems, articles, pieces, etc., to encourage our teachers but ensure they are free from exaggerations and emblems of guluww. But that we go to the studio or seek any other amateur way and produce 'powerful Salafi tracks', as a group chant, for our teachers, no. That will be tantamount to fighting an heresy with another heresy.

Again, only Sufis do that kind of stuff.

May Allaah forgive us and our brothers for the past error. Indeed it was an error. They would have realised in their innersleves now.

May Allaah strengthen Sunnah and its people in this region and other places. May He despise Bid'ah and its people in this region and other places.

May He open the hearts of these Sufi bigots to the truth or silence them forever and ever.

And may Allaah safeguard the teachers of Sunnah in the forefront of this struggle from all harms and evil.

Yours sincerely,
Aboo Aamir Ishaaq bin AbdirRaheem
May Allaah forgive him and his dead parents.
