Anas bn Maalik (radhiyal Laahu 'anh) narrates: the messenger of Allaah (sallal Laahu 'alayhi wassallam) said:

"I shall be the first to intercede in paradise, no prophet will be accepted as truthful as I. For some prophets, only one person will believe in him" - Muslim.

Imaam al Albaanee commented on this hadeeth thus: 'this hadith proves that the magnitude or fewness of the number of the followers do not indicate the truthfulness of a caller unto Allaah' - Saheehah 755-756.
