AbdulLaah bn Muslim al-Marwazee said:
" I used to attend the learning sittings of Ibn Seereen and later left him for sittings of the Ibaadiyyah (a khaarijee heretical ideological sect).
I then dreamt that I was among a people carrying the coffin of the Prophet (sallal Laahu 'alyhi wasallam).
I thereafter consulted Ibn Seereen and mentioned the dream to him and he said:
' Why do you sit with a people who want to bury what the Prophet has brought? '
