this post is to make a much needed clarification. this has indeed been a long time coming, and something that has required a lot of patience. a great amount of husn ath-dhan (good thoughts, benefit of the doubt) was provided to our brothers. in the beginning we were silent even while our brothers continued to oppress others and we did not speak about it. then we only refuted the mistakes without naming who was the ones behind it to preserve their honour. and then we have never spoke about their oppression except when we were asked to speak about it through the inbox. however as time went on, that which could be chalked up as “personal problems†between the brothers, eventually today became issues in manhaj (methodology), and even worst than that issues that have to do with their ‘adÄlah (moral uprightness and integrity).
at first it was just germantown, mÅ«sÄ richardson & the brothers warning against salafyink privately without any proof and refusing to take shaykh rabÄ« b. hÄdÄ« al-madkhalÄ« (hafidahullah)’s advice to make islÄh (rectification) and stop warning against them.
then it was salafi publications’ and troid’s warnings against our beloved salafī websites such as Abdurrahman.org (see this as an example), and any other websites that did not link back to their affiliates.
then it was warnings by spubs’ abÅ« khadÄ«jah abdul-wÄhid in the private whatsapp groups about sisters should not be busy translating islamic content and instead remain in the kitchen. then it was his
then it was abÅ« hakÄ«m bilal davis’s refutation against the muhaddith, shaykh wasÄ«yullÄh ‘abbÄs where he practically made him look like a mubtadi’ while concealing what the scholars said about the issue.
then it was salafi publications’ behind closed doors warnings against ‘uways al-hÄshimī’s sayingsofthesalaf.net.
should we keep it going?
then it was abu khadÄ«jah’s behind closed doors warnings against abu talhÄ dawud burbank’s son’s websites because he was not “with the brothers (from salafi publications).â€
then it was the unfounded warnings from salafÄ« publications against mhbay (masjid hudayfah b. yamÄn in uk) and salafievents without proof. then it was their warnings against shaykh sulaymÄn ar-ruhaylÄ« and their lying to shaykh rabī’ that he went to a hizbÄ« masjid.
then it was mpubs’ unfounded warnings against the muslims-qa (religion-of-islam) website because it was ran by a sister (even though it was the ‘ulamÄ of egypt supervising it). and they never retracted their warnings that they promised shaykh hasan b. ‘abdul-wahhÄb al-banna that they would do.
then it was abÅ« khadÄ«jah saying that the major scholars are only at this time restricted to saudÄ« arabia. and at this time nowhere else in the world do major scholars exist (until a few months later when the fitnah of the sa’Äfiqah began, they suddenly decided to include shaykh hasan of egypt into their roster of major scholars).
then it was their cover-up of their co-dÄ’ī abdul-walÄ« nelson whom they secretly removed from their conference line-ups once the sexual assault news about what occurred between him and his stepdaughter came out publicly. nowhere was this mentioned until jamÄ«l finch was pressured to talk by the community because of their long silence, and even then it was a few general words. but what would they have done to their own salafi brothers had this been one of the other side?
then it was their silent abandonment and warnings against shaykh ahmad bazmÅ«l, shaykh usÄmah ‘utaybÄ«, shaykh mÄhir qahtÄnÄ« whom they used to promote heavily for years and years and suddenly dropped. then it was salafi publications cutting off any of the mashaykh who support them and work with them: from shaykh tÄriq zubayr, shaykh muhammad al-anjarÄ«, shaykh ahmad as-subayyÄ«, shaykh tÄriq as-subayyÄ«, and others.

then it was ‘Ädil abu miftah’s warning against shaykh rabī’s own son!
then it was abÅ« ‘iyyÄd’s terrible akhlÄq in how he writes his articles, titling them “retard seriesâ€.
then it was their lies and deception and betrayal against shaykh muhammad bin hÄdÄ« al-madkhalÄ«. the scholar who had their backs for decades. about whom abÅ« hakÄ«m stated that when madeenah.com had him on the ropes about when he was still teaching from the notes of fÄlih al-harbÄ« and did his lecture on jarh wa ta’dÄ«l, they were about to bury him until when his shaykh muhammad b. hÄdÄ« came to his defence and told him, “clarify yourself and i will defend you.†a scholar like that who had his back when he was about to sink, and then they turned around and today he became “a little boy†on their tongues, and anyone who is alongside them became hizbis, outside of the fold of ahlus sunnah wal jama’Äh. and all the trickery and deception that are connected to this fitnah. them saying, “shaykh muhammad never presented us his evidences.†then when they were exposed they said, “we never said we asked him for evidences…we just said he never presented us the evidences…â€
and then all that comes with those they are defending, keeping silent about, and ignoring all the mistakes of. those who evidence has been brought against, published, and spread globally. arafat al-muhammadi who has been attested to by many chains of narration across the globe in how he was trying to stir up problems between the scholars to which even shaykh rabī’ admitted to.
then arafat’s audio that was released of him saying, “shaykh rabī’s manhaj today is not that which it used to be, he is too lenient with the callers of today and too patient with themâ€.
then it was arafat’s audio criticizing shaykh abdur-razzÄq al-badr (shaykh abdul muhsin’s son) saying he works with the people of innovation so his circles should not be attended.
then it was the audio that was leaked of abdulwahid al-madkhali trying to start problems between shaykh muhammad bin hÄdÄ« and shaykh rabī’.
then it was the audio leaked of abdulwahid al-madkhalī’s majÄlis as-shÅ«rah in giving fatÄwÄ on major issues that affect the global scale that needs to go to the major scholars! dealing with people’s blood and lives in libya!
then it was abÅ« khadÄ«jah’s speech against shaykh muhammad b. hÄdÄ« that a scholar can have an evil inner circle, likening those who said it to halabÄ« and his likes. and then speech came out from shaykh al-albÄnÄ«, and even shaykh ‘ubayd himself affirming that a scholar can have an evil circle which they strategically suppressed and never spread.
then it was abÅ« ‘iyyÄd writing articles trying to refute anyone who says that “shaykh rabī’ is not aware of everything that goes on…†and then his companion arafat’s audio gets leaked where he says the same exact thing.

then it was abÅ« ‘iyyÄd writing articles accusing a muslim of being a fornicator (narrating from disbelieving news articles)…the same thing he is accusing shaykh muhammad bin hÄdÄ« of doing.
then it was how they are still trying to portray that shaykh muhammad b. hÄdī’s court case is over and the hadd has been sentenced on him…while his court case is still ongoing and he has appealed it, but they are suppressing that news.
then it was how they still support and remain silent that shaykh ‘abdullah al-bukhÄrÄ« is silent about the khÄrijÄ« hani b. burayk who openly rebelled and protested against the ruler in yemen after he got removed from his position there. and how they still are silent about him and nowhere do you ever see warnings against him despite his issues in manhaj.
then it was ‘abdullah al-dhufayri lying against shaykh sÄlih al-fawzÄn that he (al-fawzÄn) warned against shaykh muhammad bin hÄdÄ«, which they keep silent about and still incorporate into their articles as if the warnings were true.
then it was their warnings against shaykh ‘abdur-rahmÄn al-’umaysÄn without evidence. and the only evidence was “he goes and gives lectures at the masÄjid of the people of innovation to call them to the da’wahâ€â€¦even though this was allowed by the scholars with conditions (which they hid).
then it was troid’s lies that they spread against yūsuf emrīkī where they denied he was ever a shūrah (admin) member, and then audio was leaked with evidences which showed that he was and they have yet to retract from their lies.
then it was abÅ« ‘iyyÄd’s deceitful and article that was filled with falsehood and lies against shaykh abÅ« ‘abdur-rahmÄn ‘ajÄl. to a point where the very person who narrated that event denied it! but of course troid, nor salafÄ« publications ever retracted it and still use it in their armoury of “evidencesâ€.
and finally today we see evidences released, audios, recorded phone calls, voice notes, screenshots, paper copies, of the brothers from salafi publications in a criminal cover-up of a scandal in the UK where some of the shūrah of the masjid tried to pocket money donated to them by the government to produce an anti-terrorism awareness program. aiding in a criminal conspiracy!
and many many many many other instances that are not mentioned here because this post has been long enough already.
yet throughout all this time we have been patient, and we have held ourselves back from being hasty because of all the good that these brothers have contributed to the da’wah over the years. while we had knowledge of much of these events over the years, anytime anyone asked us about attending any of their conferences, we have always told them to go. their websites we have continued to promote them. their lectures we have continued to spread them. and our excuse was always: we should not precede the scholars. we should not precede the scholars. we should not precede the scholars.
however at this point, after years and years of being patient, it is time that we clarify our stance that we are no longer in support of those du’Ät. they have exhibited characteristics that are absolutely not befitting for a student of knowledge. of individuals who carry the religion of IslÄm on their tongues. they are not people, who we are comfortable sharing their website of to a new muslim, and then that new muslim goes on their social media to find their falsehood and lies and oppression they are committing. they are no longer trustworthy and after so many of ahlul ‘ilm speaking against them, and that the scholars have indeed preceded us, it is time that we officially take a stance and make our position clear against them.
we can no longer feel safe standing in front of AllÄh on the Day of Judgment and promoting the content of authors who are misguiding their followers. we are afraid for our religion and the religion of our followers and we do not want them to get attached to personalities who are leading them towards their agendas and deceptions. especially nowadays when they are no longer considering us to be from ahlus sunnah.

and their affiliated organizations and masÄjid (ie: troid, mpubs, salafi publications). however we no longer promote them, and we free ourselves from them completely. we do not trust them with our religion until they make open tawbah and rectify all those they have harmed, deceived, and who’s reputations they have damaged. moving forward bi’ithnillah you will not see any more content from them posted on this blog.
