Islamic rulership is very important, it comes with a lot of benefits for the Deen and Dunya, but Tawheed (and Sunnah) comes first. The Rasool spent 13 years in Makkah preaching Tawheed.
Emphasising the importance of rulership, but not Tawheed and the Sunnah, in front of the populace will make you create potential Khawarij that will want to enthrone themselves in power at all cost.
The bulk of those fighting those in power today took that clue from the over zealousness of certain preachers.
Let's do as the pristine scholars of the Sunnah, past and present, used to do. You wouldn't find Al-Albaanee emphasising Siyaasah Shar'iyyah in front of the students neither Ibn Baz, Al-Uthaymeen, Muqbil al-Waadiee, etc. May Allaah show mercy on all.
Ash-Shaykh Fauzaan, Al-Abbaad, Al-Allaamah Rabee, etc, are still alive. That's not their style. These figures understand Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn Qayyim, Izzuddeen Abdussalaam more than us.
Kindly let's start from where our Prophet - sallallahu alayhi wa sallam - started from.
We will never suffer Inshaa Allaah neither shall we be destroyed.
There is however sufferness and destruction in other than that.
