Face Extension
Growing beard is an obligation,
As contained in authentic narrations,
With five different siyāgh,
Whoever shaves it is a perpetual sinner,
Even worse than smoking cigarette,
So said Al-Uthaymeen in Al-Arba'oon.
The soul-patch means Al-Anfaqah,
And, it was disputed on,
Free to clean it as it out of al-lihya,
Said by Al-Uthaymeen in Al-Liqaa'.

Al-Qurtubee in Al Jaami',
Go with prohibition of shaving it,
Categorized as changing the creation of Allaah,
Likewise Al-Albaanee and so authentic Inshaa Allaah,
Just make it grow and look cute,
No creation of Allaah looks ugly.
Descriptions
Beard is the hair on the two cheeks and jaw,
Check any Mu'jam, even Al-Lisaan,
As opined by all Aimmah,
The glare sign of the Ummah,
Opposite to the Jew and Christian.
Types of Beard
Kaththeefah is a thick beard,
The description of the Prophet's beard,
Khafeefah is a light one,
The skin can even be seen by the looker.
Rulings
Khafeefah should be washed with the face,
Using fingers to wash,
In-between Khaththeefah is under choice,
Skipping it by 'Uthmaan,
Proofs nothing but recommendation,
Washing of its outer takes a necessary ruling.
