Can One Borrow Money to Buy Ram for Eid?

Ash-Shaykh Bn Baz - rahimahullahu - answered:

'There is no blame upon a Muslim who borrows money to buy a ram (for the Eid) provided he has the ability to settle the debt (afterwards).'
