Someone said: This virus is man-made, such-and-such country made it!
Ash-Shaykh Muhammad bn ‘Umar Bazmool, may Allaah preserve on goodness, answers:
I say: Pay attention (O Muslim), may Allaah bless you.
It does not matter which country made it, what matters is for you to know that Allaah’s Wish and Will apply to everything:
Ø¥Ùنَّا ÙƒÙلَّ شَيۡء٠خَلَقۡنَٰه٠بÙقَدَرٖ
Indeed, all things We created with predestination. [Qamar: 49]
If Allaah had not willed that this matter (of COVID-19) should be, as a punishment from Him to mankind, it would not have been; it would not have occurred.
If all the countries of the world had gathered to harm a person with something which Allaah has not wished, they will never be able to.
So also is if all the countries of the world gather to bring a benefit to someone with something Allaah has not wished, they will never be able to do so.
Let this be your Aqeedah, revolve round it.
All matters are in the Hand of Allaah.
Seek help from Allaah, do not be lax.
Rely on Allaah by taking measures (against spreading the virus). The most important of those measures is obeying the order and directives of the people at the helms of affairs.
May Allaah grant success to all with what He loves and is pleased with.

قلت : انتبه - بارك الله Ùيك - Ø›
لا يهم أن الدولة الÙلانية صنعته ...هذه الدولة أو تلك.
المهم أن تعلم أن إرادة الله ومشيئته هي الØاكمة على كل شيء: {Ø¥Ùنَّا ÙƒÙلَّ شَيْء٠خَلَقْنَاه٠بÙقَدَرÙ} (القمر: 49).
Ùلولا أن الله أراد أن يكون هذا الأمر ابتلاء منه للناس ما كان وما Øصل.
لو اجتمعت دول العالم كلها على أن يضروا Ø£Øداً بشيء لم يرده الله لم يستطيعوا ذلك .

لتكن هذه عقيدتك ÙˆØولها دندن؛
الأمر كله بيد الله ؛
Ùاسأل الله Ùˆ لا تعجز.
واستعن بالله و لا تتهاون.
وتوكل على الله باتخاذ الأسباب ومن أهمها امتثال أمر ولاة الأمر وتوجيهاتهم ÙÙŠ هذا الباب ...
ÙˆÙÙ‚ الله الجميع لما ÙŠØبه ويرضاه.
