Aboo Hurairah reported from the Messenger of Allaah - sallallaahu alahyi wa sallam - said: 'Whenever any of you wakes let him say:
الحمد لله الذي رد علي روحي وعافني في جسدي وأذن لي بذكره
Alhamdulillaahi ladhee radda alayya roohee wa aafaanee fee jasadee wa adhina lee bí dhikri-hi
All praise to Allaah Who returned my soul to me, safeguarded my body and granted me to remember Him.
