Translation: Abuu Aamaal (@Bin_Uthmaan)
The Eminent Scholar, the Muhaddith Al-Albani —rahimahullah— said:
"I sincerely desire from our youth, that they do not mix up their looks with the looks of the disbelievers; it is of absolute importance that they put something over their heads.
As for walking about with the head uncovered, it is not in anyway from (the conduct of) Islam"
He said once again —rahimahullah—:
"And it is not from the excellent appearance according to the custom of the predecessors to habitually bare the head. And also not (an excellent appearance) while walking the roads, and certainly not, while entering the places of worship.
Rather, it is a strange custom imported into most of the lands of Islam when the disbelievers entered into them and brought into them their corrupt practices, then the Muslims started imitating them in them (the corrupt practices)"

The Eminent Scholar Rabee bin Haadee —hafidhahullah— said:
"Indeed Al-Muruu'ah (good manner) demands that a person do not go about with the head uncovered."
