Abdullaah bn Umar - may Allaah be pleased with father and son - reported from the Messenger of Allaah - sallallaahu alahyi wa sallam - that he said:

من أذن اثنتي عشرة سنة وجبت له الجنة وكتب له بتأذينه في كل مرة ستون حسنة وبإقامته ثلاثون حسنة
'Whoever makes calls to prayers (for the Muslims) for twelve years, al-Jannah is imperative for him. It will be written for him every time he makes the call sixty rewards, and for each Iqaamah he makes, thirty rewards.'

Recorded by Ibn Maajah, Al-Haakim, al-Bayhaqeee, Ib Adiyy and Al-Imaam al-Baghawee.

Al-Imaam Al-Albaanee - may Allaah bestow mercy on him - authenticated it in As-Saheeh ah, 1/66.

Note: Scholars say such muadhin to be so rewarded will be doing the act for Allaah and will not be receiving pay for his adhaan
