The Muslim Brotherhood Was Only Interested in Power

Praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds and may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the noble Prophet Muhammad and his household and Companions all together.

Brotherhood has ever been interested in politics and power using all that comes its way to achieve its goals either by assassination as in the case of the Egyptian Prime minister an-Naqrashi that was assassinated by the Secrete Apparatus which was led by Abdurrahman as-Sanadi in 1948 for proscribing the movement, and the killing of Anwar Saadat by some members of the Islamic Jihad(a breakway group from the Brotherhood, which was inspired by the works of Sayyid Qutb) or through elections as was experienced some years back before it was proscribed by the Government.
However, the most disappointing and disheartening fact is that this group has always used Islam, Shariah, Quran etc to lure the unsuspecting Muslim youth; but when they get to power they throw away Islam and put it behind them; evidence of this is what happened in Egypt during the one year rule of Mursi who compromised a lot of things in Sharia in addition to allowing the Shiah to gain some ground in Egypt which was not existent during the reign of Mubarak.
However, this group are owners of the slogan الإسلام هو الحل "” meaning” Islam is the solution.” Their experience in Tunisia was not different from that of Egypt. When the Nahdah Party a (Brotherhood Party) led by al-Ganushi got to power, they threw away the slogan “ Islam is the solution “ and adopted the slogan “we are going to rule by what the people want.” The opportunity given to them to rule the people exposes their nudity and let the people know they were just deceiving the muslims; and that their major target is power.
