Among scholars whom Brother Abdulwaheed, may Allaah rectify him and us, had bad-mouthed which raises the question of his physiological well-ness are Shaykh Muhammad bn Haadee, Shaykh Ahmad Bazmool, Shaykh Yahyaa al-Hajooree, Shaykh Khaalid bn Uthmaan al-Masree and many others.
The crime of these mashaayikh is usually their 'bravery' to challenge any position held by Shaykh Rabee and Shaykh Ubayd, and sometimes Shaykh Abdullah Al-Bukhari. You dare not say they are wrong in any given view or anything, if you do so, Bro Abdulwaheed Alam and the infantry would come out en masse devouring such people like hungry lions.
Let's take Shaykh Muhammad bn Haadee - hafidhahullaah - as an example.
Abu Khadeejah wrote on his website under the article, 'Muhammad Ibn HÄdi’s Allegations and the Response of the Major Scholars in Light of the Manhaj of the Salaf',
Firstly you would think it was all the Major Scholars of the world that descended on Shaykh Muhammad, that is the usual deceit from them. So you need not wonder where the 'Pristinians' learnt their art of tadlees.
'Shaikh Muhammad ibn HÄdi has known Al-Maktabah As-Salafiyyah (Salafi Publications) for close to 25 years and he has praised us, individually or collectively, many times over these years extolling our truthfulness, honesty and adherence to the Salafi Manhaj.'
He started calling Shaykh Muhammad' 'Shaykh' while the headline strips him of that title. A bit of mixture of 'should I or should I not', he would soon drop that title and call Shaykh Muhammad out.
The Pristinians don't use to give a damn about Shaykh Muhammad, they call him out in his first name.
In one of their Nigerian publications, they wrote on their website, Arrisaalah,
'In our country, Nigeria, some of the blind followers of Ibn HÄdÄ« speak ill of the students of knowledge in charge of the DaÊ¿wah in the West, like AbÅ« KhadÄ«jah Ê¿Abdul-WÄḥid and other than him. They tarnish their reputation and they say that they are ignoramuses who have no knowledge. So what is your advice to the general people that are deceived by disparagement of these blind followers?'
Shaykh Ibn Haadee to them is not worth anything but Abu Khadeejah is worth a thousand.
So Abu Khadeejah SP, as he is fondly called, said they had known Shaykh Muhammad for a close to 25 years. He said the Shaykh had praised them in the past and had attested to their truthfulness and honesty.
Should a humble Muslim say that, 'this man knows we are truthful and honest.' Self-praise, no wonder the Pristinians would always praise themselves as the best thing to happen to Nigerian Muslims.
So, Brother Abdulwaheed, said there is no brief between them and Shaykh Muhammad. They know him very well. But he forgot to tell us that Shaykh Muhammad, just as many other Shuyookh they had dropped, had immensely benefited them in the past in terms of knowledge. Or, did Abu Khadeejah forget that that he once said that he used to attend Shaykh Muhammad's duroos in Madeenah, and that he actually gave him a tazkiyyah?
Sorry, there was no need of him saying that, to hell with what Shaykh Muhammad had taught him in the past, in fact he had withdrawn the knowledge from his brain!
Then he said Shaykh Muhammad was 30 years old when he knew him when Shaykh Rabee was 63. Knowledge and correctness is an exclusive right of the elderly ones! Ibn Abbaas - radiyallahu anhuma - was wrong to know some masaail not known by the elderly Sahabah.
He wrote: 'So, this short article was not written except by one who is well-acquainted with Muhammad ibn HÄdi, may Allah guide him and rectify him.'
The title is off.
He wrote further,
'After reading this article, I hope that those who were previously indecisive, confused or even convinced by Muhammad ibn HÄdi’s “refutations†and may have held something in their hearts towards other Salafis will see the truth, inshÄ’-AllÄh.'
He warned,
'I can say in all honesty, and Allah knows best, that anyone who returns back to the truth will not be vilified or ostracised;'
Laughable.
He wrote, 'I have seen brothers who were initially deceived by Muhammad Ibn HÄdi but when the affair was made clear to them, they returned to the truth and were welcomed by Shaikh Rabee’, Shaikh ‘Ubaid, Shaikh AbdullÄh Al-Bukhari.'
What of the rest of the Major Scholars?
(Don't forget their treachery in including Shaykh Abdullah Bukhari - hafidhahullaah - among the Senior Scholars).
Then he began the narration:
'In December 2017, during a public and planned lecture which Muhammad ibn HÄdi entitled, “The time has come for Muhammad ibn HÄdi to break his silenceâ€.'
The Story of Aair which the Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia has now absolved Shaykh Muhammad of, and which these people are finding too difficult to accept.
They insinuate that the Supreme Court is wrong while they are right.
That is an example.
